Per l'edizione 2012 della Songwriters Hall of Fame sono state rese note tutte le nomination. I ventiquattro menzionati sono divisi in due categorie, "Non-performing songwriters" e "Performing songwriters". La cerimonia di assegnazione dei premi si svolgerà il 14 giugno 2012 presso l'albergo Marriott Marquis di New York City.
